Ahhh Breakfast Republic! Home of the Jurassic bacon and delicious pancakes. I haven’t tasted a dish I don’t like. With 8 locations spread across San Diego County this spot is a must!

Located in Little Italy this hidden breakfast spot is filled with beautiful decor, champagne vending machines and tasty soufle pancakes. I would reccomend coming in on a week day, the wait times on the weekends are 3+ hours. (Pssst dont forget to visit the bathrooms.)

3. Great Maple
From Fruity Pebble Pancakes to Vegan Hash this delicious breakfast spot is nestled in Hillcrest. Known for their Maple Bacon Donuts and great service this Michelin-starred restaurant is a must.

Snooze is dedicated to creating a positive impact on our planet. They curate each dish with sustainable and fresh ingredients. Started in 2006 by two brothers, they donate 1% of sales back to communities while composting and recycling nearly 90% of thier waste.

I thought so! This hash house is known for their huge portions and their sage fried chicken waffle tower. (Pictured above) Also has long wait times and definitely would reccomend coming in a bit earlier to beat the crowds.
